Workers OK with 10% Pay Cut If They Can Be Home with Their Dog

Nearly 25% of U.S. workers are willing to take 10% less pay if that means they get to work remotely to be at home with their dog. So reports Forbes.

dog 2983021 1280A recent Forbes Advisor survey of 2,000 employed Americans also found that 31% of men would be willing to take the hit to their pay if that meant staying home to be with their animal companion. That compares with 19% of women.

Additionally, the survey found that 37% would fork over some benefits, including gym reimbursement, free lunches and tuition reimbursement if that meant being able to work from home with their dog.
